Can I reserve an item?
When you contact us, we can reserve an item on request if it can be picked up after 2 days at the physical address: Lijnwaadstraat 12 in Evergem

How exactly do you send back from Belgium/the Netherlands?
Belgian customers

Dutch customers
- In both cases you choose the destination of the package: "Address".
- Fill in all the necessary information.
- Print your return label and stick it on your return.
- Bring your parcel to the post office.
- You keep track of your mail with the tracking number until your package has arrived at us.

Do you live near Evergem? You can also return or exchange your online purchases at the physical address. Please give us a call first so that an hour & date can be agreed.
When you return your return to Lijnwaadstraat 12 in Evergem, you will receive

The standard shipping costs for Belgium are € 5.95.
FREE shipping from € 75 (within Belgium).
How much are the shipping costs to the Netherlands?
The standard shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 9.95.
When will my parcel arrive?
At Moonstone we want to provide the best possible shipping service. We do our utmost to deliver your parcels to you as soon as possible. We always send your package within 2-3 working days.
